1. Intellectual Property Ownership Guarantee

Unlike traditional agency models that retain proprietary runtime dependencies, techweben guarantees that 100% of custom source code, application architectures, database schemas, and design assets developed under a Statement of Work transfer unconditionally to the client upon invoice settlement.

2. Warranty & Post-Launch Support

All software releases and web platform deployments include a complimentary 60-day post-launch warranty period during which any identified bugs, regressions, or Core Web Vitals defects are remediated at zero additional cost.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

For active enterprise retainers and production support contracts, techweben maintains a guaranteed response SLA for critical priority infrastructure incidents across global working timezones.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to treat all business data, technical schemas, product roadmaps, and pricing models as strictly confidential. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) govern all client engagements.
